PROBLEM: After working fine for a while, my SplashID Safe iPhone/iPad/iPod touch app is freezing and/or crashing/closing when I try to run it, going back to the iOS device Home screen, or is showing a black/blank screen. When I try to run the app again, it crashes or freezes the same way.
SOLUTION: This is a known issue with our app and other iOS apps too, when you run too many iOS apps at once, and/or have not restarted your iPhone/iPad/iPod touch for a while. To fix this issue, please try this:
* Quit all apps on your iPhone/iPad/iPod, so nothing is running - including SplashID Safe iOS app.

* Then please wait 5 minutes and restart your mobile device:
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
* Then please try running the SplashID Safe iOS app again, and it should now work fine and not freeze/crash any more.
