PROBLEM: As of December 19th 2016 (Monday), I try to login to Web app and no data shows.
Why does this happen and what to do to fix this?
SOLUTION: Please do not attempt to Backup or Restore any Web Backups in Web app if this happens. Your data is not gone or deleted, it is just not visible.
Due to important security changes to our Web/Cloud servers and our Web app too, you might need to just reload Web app. To do this, please press Ctrl+F5 in your web browser (Safari/Firefox/Chrome on Mac, or MS IE11/MS Edge/Chrome/Firefox/etc on PC) to do a hard refresh (reload) of the Web app webpage.
If that does not work, please clear your web browser cache, and then the Web app should work again.
