SplashID Safe - CSV Import

Last Updated: Jun 21, 2018 06:32AM PDT
If you are moving data from another program, you can use the SplashID Safe Import CSV option.
If you wish to import a CSV file, in must have the proper header line. Then data below that - the data must be in the following format:
Type, Field 1, Field 2, Field 3, Field 4, Field 5, Field 6, Field 7, Field 8, Field 9, Date Modified, Notes, Category

You may want to export some test/sample data from SplashID Desktop app, then compare that with your own and make it match that.

NOTE: On Mac Desktop app, you will find the CSV Import menus in File menu. On Windows PC, the main/Application menu of our PC Desktop app is in top left (SplashID lock icon).

If you have any questions about the above, OR there is something extra you want to ask us not covered here, you can contact our tech support and we will be happy to assist you - you can do so via filling in the form HERE or via emailing us to one of our contact emails HERE
