ISSUE: Middle pane with list of records and Search box missing in SplashID Windows PC Desktop app, 8.0.10 version.
We are investigating the issue and why it happens. 7.2.4 and older Desktop app versions are unaffected.
We will be fixing the issue, but for now please see below how to work around it.
WORKAROUND: Please drag the vertical slider to the right of middle pane (left of rightmost pane), and then the middle pane should re-appear.
NOTE: If the issue keeps coming back even when you do the above workaround, please submit a support ticket asking for help HERE.
(making sure to include as much info on your system in the ticket as possible, such as exact Windows OS version used, SplashID Desktop app version, kind of Windows computer used (laptop/desktop/tablet/etc), screen resolution, number of monitors (if more than one)/etc.)
