Reset SplashID Safe iOS - WiFi sync

If you have good records in your SplashID Desktop app for Mac or Windows, here's how to reset the SplashID iOS app and restore your data from the desktop app:

1. Delete the iOS app and reinstall it from the App Store.

2. Run SplashID on the iOS device and login with the same email and password as the SplashID on the desktop.

3. In the SplashID desktop app, go to Options/Preferences > Account. Under Local WiFi Sync, change it to "Desktop overwrites device". Close the settings screen.

4. Then do a WiFi sync from the iOS app with the SplashID desktop app to restore the data to the device.
