Reset SplashID Safe iOS - cloud sync

If your SplashID records look fine on the Web app, you don't have to worry about anything as far as deleting the local database on the iOS device is concerned.

1. To be on the safe side, check that your records are good in the Web app by logging in on your desktop (PC/Mac) web browser: https://splashid.com/login.php

2. Delete the SplashID iOS app and reinstall it from the App Store

3. Run SplashID iOS app and login with the same email and password as always, and your data should return from the cloud, and your license should work properly.
