Reset SplashID Android - cloud sync

Last Updated: Mar 27, 2014 12:44AM PDT
If your SplashID data is good in the cloud, you don't have to worry about anything as far as deleting the local database on the Android device is concerned.
  1. To be on the safe side, use one of the Export or Backup features found in Settings on SplashID.

  2. Delete the Android app and reinstall it to wipe the data, or go to System settings > Apps > SplashID > Clear Data.

  3. Run SplashID on the Android and login with the same email and password as always.
