Android data didn't sync to cloud

Let's try a set of steps, and see if we can fix this issue. On the Android device:

1. Login to SplashID
2. Tap the settings button (or menu > Settings) 
3. Tap Account status & sync method
4. Change it to Local WiFi sync and tap the check mark in the top right
5. Then again tap the check mark in the top right so you close the settings dialog and get back to the record list
6. Go back into Settings > Account status & sync method
7. Change it to SplashID Cloud Services and tap the check mark in the top right
8. Then again tap the check mark in the top right so you close the settings dialog and get back to the record list
9. If sync doesn't start on its own, tap the sync button in the top right
10. Login to the web app (using the same exact email that you use in SplashID on Android) on your desktop computer and you should see your data:
