We have a fix for this issue. Please follow these instructions.
1. Login to SplashID Safe Android app on the device
2. Go to Settings > Backup. This will save a backup to your SD card.
3. Make sure you get the latest update from Google Play (version 7.2 or higher)
4. Then login to SplashID and go to Settings > Export VID. Choose how you want to save it, Dropbox, SD card, or email. Then select all and export it to you method of choosing.
5. Go to Settings > Restore
6. Check if the records are all there and in Settings if your Null user is now correct.
7. If there is any issue, you can import the vID file you exported in step 4.
