Cloud Sync login - 2-factor code not received

Thanks for contacting us. If you enabled 2-factor authentication, you will receive an email with an authorization code when you login to SplashID Safe app on a new computer or device the first time.

If you do not get the email containing the code, please check your Spam/Junk/Bin/Trash mail folders. 

If you still don't have the email, click the Resend Code button in the 2-factor authentication dialog.

Note: If you have 2-step verification set to send you an SMS to your phone, you will receive such an SMS instead of an email.
