What happened to my other SplashID users after upgrade?

Last Updated: Feb 26, 2014 02:42PM PST

Version 7 does not allow multiple user databases at the same time. If you are using a SplashID Cloud Services account, you can logout, via the File menu, then login as a different user.

Mac user data was migrated to the new sandbox:

~/Library/Containers/com.splashdata.splashidmac/Library/SplashID Safe/

Windows user data is still in the same location as before:

\Documents\SplashData\SplashID\

You can import the backup files from the second user into the main account and then separate records using the Categories feature as it was designed.
